| Scottish Golf Construction has in its employment a nucleus of highly seasoned specialists who have been involved in the construction of top quality golf courses for the past twenty years. The current team has completed courses in Europe (including Eastern Europe), Africa, the Caribbean, Central America and the Middle East. As a consequence the team has experience working with varying land and climatic conditions.
It is the policy of Scottish Golf Construction to select a specific team for each project. This team is responsible for each project from start to finish. This factor has assisted Scottish Golf Construction in creating a highly committed, skilled and motivated workforce.
Local labor will be used wherever possible for the more straightforward tasks involved in the golf course construction. It has been our experience that a number of the local workforce often continue to work for the owner as part of the greenskeeping staff. As they are involved in the construction process, the experience gained by them makes them a more knowledgeable and efficient maintenance team.
Scottish Golf Construction has made a substantial investment in specialist golf course construction equipment necessary to construct a top quality golf course. We own bulldozers, excavators, tractors, stonerakes, as well as a vast array of cultivation, seeding and hydroseeding equipment. |
